Breakfast tacos, lunch/evening street tacos, burritos, tortas, quesadillas and more!
On each day there is a specialty lunch item which will consist of a main dish, sides, and a drink. The lunch item will be announced daily via Facebook and Instagram. Specialty plates will consist of authentic dishes such as carne guisada, enchiladas, grilled fish, chille rellenos and more!
We will also have fresh agua frescas and flavors for those will be Melon, Tamarindo, Jamaica, Sandia, and Horchata.

About Us
Lety was a hard-working, determined, loving wife and mother, and above all, a faithful child of God. Leticia Bonilla was born and raised in Matamoros, Tamaulipas, where she spent most of her young life learning to cook and helping her mother. Lety left Mexico and came to America, where she loved to cook traditional food for her family, friends, and her church.
Our mother's dream had always been to own a food business, before her passing. Therefore, our family and I were determined to take this a step further and share these delicious recipes with you while continuing her legacy. With that, we bring to you all, Lety's Kitchen, a God-driven, family-owned and operated authentic Mexican food truck. We use fresh ingredients and make everything from scratch daily to bring you flavors that our mother Lety once brought to our family table.
So come on down to Lety’s kitchen and get a taste of our mother’s recipe for yourself!
